Therapy Chat Podcast Episode 42: Holding Space for the Shadow with Keri Nola

It’s all fun and games until the lights go out. Life gets real in those dark moments when we must dig for the courage to trust ourselves and the process of life. The concept of “shadow work” is simply a willingness to remember that which is hidden in the dark—these can be aspects of ourselves—the good, the bad and the ugly.

Did you know that even and especially some of your greatest gifts can be hidden from you? The shadow is actually one of our great protectors that can hide precious things until we feel safe enough to go back and reclaim them—our innocence, our creativity, our big open heart to name a few.

It was my honor to join, Laura Reagan on this episode of The Therapy Chat Podcast to talk all things holding space for the shadow including a special reading from my Messages From Shadow Oracle Deck and Healing System.
